ServiceNow Account Executive

Job Description: Workpact is seeking an Account Executive with strong experience co‑selling alongside ServiceNow to drive growth across our consulting and managed‑services portfolio. This role combines strategic selling, ecosystem partnership, and consultative discovery to help customers realize meaningful outcomes on the ServiceNow platform.

You will own the full sales cycle, collaborate closely with ServiceNow field teams, and position Workpact as the trusted partner for modernization, enhancement, and long‑term platform value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned to Workpact’s growth goals.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline through prospecting, referrals, and ServiceNow ecosystem collaboration.
  • Co‑sell effectively with ServiceNow account executives, solution consultants, and workflow specialists through joint planning, alignment meetings, and customer engagements.
  • Lead customer discovery to uncover business objectives, platform maturity, and transformation needs.
  • Deliver compelling presentations, ROI/value propositions, and solution narratives across ServiceNow workflows.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to close, including proposal development and outcome‑based pricing.
  • Coordinate with internal team members, solution architects, delivery leaders, customer success, and marketing, to shape winning solutions.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, deal hygiene, and account documentation.
  • Establish and nurture executive‑level relationships across target accounts.
  • Support seamless handoff to delivery and uphold Workpact’s white‑glove customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of B2B technology sales experience in SaaS, consulting, cloud, or digital transformation, preferably in the ServiceNow space.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑presence skills.
  • Strong organizational discipline with the ability to manage forecasting, pipeline, and deal management activities autonomously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Demonstrated success co‑selling with ServiceNow field teams (account executives, solution consultants, workflow specialists).
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, value drivers, and ecosystem dynamics.
  • Background selling ServiceNow professional services, managed services, or workflow‑specific solutions (e.g., Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, Integrated Risk Management, Security Operations, etc.).
  • Established relationships with ServiceNow field teams in one or more regions.
  • Ability to translate customer pain points into platform‑enabled outcomes.
  • Familiarity with outcome‑based pricing models and productized consulting offerings.
  • High degree of resourcefulness, creativity, and solution‑shaping capability.

Workpact offers competitive benefits including paid training. The starting pay range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. The target earnings (OTE) for this role are $245,000.
