ServiceNow Project Manager

Job Description: As a ServiceNow project manager, you’ll help plan, coordinate, and support the delivery of ServiceNow projects for clients across multiple industries. This role is designed for individuals who have strong organizational skills, curiosity about technology, and interest in growing into a full project leadership role.

You will be coached by experienced consultants and architects, learning how to manage project timelines, facilitate client meetings, track progress, and contribute to the deployment of ServiceNow solutions. Over time, you will take on increasing leadership responsibility, ultimately delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving customer outcomes, and ensuring high‑quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining project schedules, action logs, and status reports, following Workpact’s delivery methodology.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, and client stakeholders to keep tasks moving and ensure alignment on project milestones.
  • Support basic project reporting, budget tracking, and timeline management.
  • Support customer workshops, requirement‑gathering discussions, and status meetings, learning how to facilitate these sessions effectively, modeled on the structure used by Workpact’s consulting teams.
  • Help document customer objectives, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
  • Participate in Workpact’s training and development curriculum to learn ServiceNow fundamentals, agile delivery practices, and consulting skills.
  • Develop understanding of ServiceNow applications, capabilities, and platform features through hands‑on exposure and mentorship.
  • Help prepare client‑facing content, including meeting materials, project status updates, and functional/technical documentation, following patterns used across Workpact roles.
  • Work closely with technical and functional consultants, helping remove blockers and contributing to a smooth delivery process.
  • Be an active, positive contributor to Workpact’s team culture, helping coworkers succeed and sharing learnings as you progress.
  • Occasional travel to U.S. onsite customer meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • 2-5 years of experience executing technology projects in a functional or project management role.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Interest in developing project management and ServiceNow delivery expertise.
  • Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly with team members and clients.
  • Familiarity with basic project management concepts (e.g., agile, task tracking, requirements gathering).
  • Any introductory certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, ITIL Foundation) are helpful but not required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Risk, issue, and dependency tracking for technical delivery.
  • Creating polished client collateral and project documentation.
  • Facilitating agile ceremonies and customer workshops.
  • General consulting skills, including problem‑solving, active listening, note taking, and stakeholder alignment.

Workpact offers competitive benefits including paid training. The annual base salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 (USD). This role will also be eligible to participate in the Workpact bonus program.
